I have seen all the sample instructional packages and it seem pretty simple but when it come to my turn to write up one it seems to take forever. As a teacher, I know this is an important part of my job is to be able to write instructional stuff that will make students learn and enjoy.
My group have already made a rough draft and hope to have it checked for correction and additions.

Yeah, that is true. Keep the scope in mind then. The instruction is only for a 2-hour class session; and you can have less activities.
